1 Killed, 3 Injured in Stockton Head-On Crash on Highway 99 Frontage Road
STOCKTON (February 10, 2019) – One was killed and three others were injured after a traffic collision on Highway 99 Frontage Road Sunday afternoon, according to Record Net.
The accident involving two vehicles occurred at about 12:40 p.m. near Morada Lane.
As per the article, California Highway Patrol said a silver older model Honda Accord was traveling north on East Highway 99 Frontage Road from Morada Lane when it cut a right curve in the road.
The Honda then went into southbound lane, at about 35 to 40 mph, and collided head-on with a Subaru Forester that was headed south at the time.

One of the occupants of the Honda, a woman in her 50s, died as a result of the crash. The driver of the same car was taken by ground ambulance to an area trauma hospital with injuries ranging from moderate to major degree.
The other two passengers of the Honda were also hospitalized to be treated for minor wounds. The names of the deceased and wounded parties have not been yet released.
Meanwhile, the family of three, including one child, riding the Subaru were unharmed in the wreck. The cause of the incident remains under investigation.
